This leadership opportunity focuses on cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology services, staff development, quality improvement, and operational growth.The program currently includes 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs, with planned expansion to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP LabsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization or Electrophysiology LabAt least 2 years of leadership experienceExperience in complex medical centers or teaching institutions preferred.Experience leading Cath Labs and/or structural heart programs.Experience managing high-volume cardiovascular operations with 4–5+ labsEducation:Required: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Preferred: Master's degree.Licensure & Certification:Current Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBLS certification required. xhyhwjd This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced cardiovascular nursing leader seeking a high-volume, advanced Cath/EP environment.
