Apply today to join the Orbitel team!Job Type: Full-timeRate: $28.00-$30.00/hr plus on call and overtime if applicableLocation: Office in Maricopa, AZResponsibilities include:Maintain broadband system by testing to locate trouble, opening cable to replace or repair defective sections and closing or sealing cableMaintaining the integrity of our fiber optic network to ensure a best in class customer experience.Performing fiber splicing and termination for new builds and restorations on multiple types of cable.You will need:Valid and clean driver's licenseAbility to prep fibers up to 432ct fiber sheath. This includes all types of splice cases from type A to D.Able to work independently and plan to complete projectsRead and build fiber matrix.Experienced in using Fusion Splicer, OTDR, Power Meter, Light indicator.Troubleshooting fiber technique a must.Willingness to stand on call and to be a part of fiber restoration is needed 24-7.
